Seal 65!!!!
Posted by on

Now this is something I really want to try... It’s SEAL 65!!! Basically it’s a Hakka (Indo- Chinese) recipe made with seal meat instead of chicken. It absolutely sounds delicious. If I am ever in the St. John’s Newfoundland area, I definitely want to try this food truck out!

Curried Seal Flipper?!?

Now this is a unique food combination! The Indian Express out of St. John's, Newfoundland has taken a traditional Newfoundland dish and combined it with his signature curry style. They call it Seal Curry and so far the people are liking it. If you've never tried seal meat before it has a very unique flavour. For many people it's an acquired taste. I have eaten seal many times and do enjoy it from time to time. I definitely would like to give this a try the next time I'm in St. John's.
