Shipping Update: Package Stuck in Richmond, BC?

Please be advised that we are noticing a delay in packages that were released by CBSA to Canada Post in Richmond, BC. If your tracking shows that the package hasn't had any updates in Richmond, BC for a long period of time we are aware of the situation and attempting to get further information on the delay. Canada Post has denied any problems on their end however because we are seeing multiple packages all stuck in the same place for the same period of time we suspect they do have a backlog at that location. Please be patient as we are seeing that the packages are still being processed and will arrive however expect there to be delays until they resolve this issue.
