Update: Feb 12, 2020

Over the last few weeks we have been watching the news and keeping in touch with our warehouse and suppliers regarding the current status of the Coronavirus and shipping of packages.  Some worker have returned back to work as of February 10th and shipping is suppose to start again for many areas on February 29, 2020.  I'm sure there will still be delays due to backlog of products needing to be shipped.  Every company regardless of the size is affected by this and we really appreciate your patience during this time.  We thank you for your order and look forward to continuing to serve you throughout the year.

Update: January 26, 2020

As you're probably aware there is an outbreak of a virus named the Coronavirus over in China.  This virus appears to be spreading like a flu and health officials are concerned over it's spread into other countries.

We take this virus very seriously and are watching the situation closely.

Although we are a Canadian company we have warehouses in many countries throughout the world.  Some of our warehouses and suppliers are located in China.  As of right now there is no indication that the virus is affecting these.

We have also researched the possibility of contracting the virus from a package received from China as I'm sure most of our customers (including ourselves) would be very concerned over this.  Based on our research we are confident that you CANNOT get the Coronavirus via a package received in the mail from China.

The reason is because the virus spreads like a flu and needs a host to survive.  The virus would not survive long enough on a package to be a risk to ourselves or our customers.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will advise our customers if anything changes.
